About the Project

The purpose of this project is to: 1) increase the capacity of mental health service providers and 2) train religious leaders from all denominations to recognize serious emotional distress and utilize local referrals. We have conducted a workshop offering parents, teachers, and caretakers tips and helpful information to maximize the learning of children--many of whom are returning to school for the first time in a year.
