The UC Berkeley Center for Latino Policy Research (CLPR) Public Policy Internship Program (PPIP)

Deadline:
Applications are being accepted from March 16, 2007 through May
5, 2007

The CLPR sponsors a summer internship program for University of
California, Berkeley undergraduate students who have achieved junior
standing.  The PPIP provides stipends of up to $2,000 for approximately 8
weeks of work at policy-related centers throughout California.  The
program is intended to enrich students’ intellectual and professional
experiences and to provide a foundation for future graduate and
professional study.  Through the combined efforts of CLPR and selected
community and government agencies, the internship provides an opportunity
for students to obtain professional training with public policy leaders.
Interns will work with public agencies on policy research and management
projects.
